Costumer Data

The costumer fills out a purchase form that contains data in the form such as a name, e-mail address, telephone number, and shipping address to be used as data for the shipment of goods purchased. By providing these informations, the costumer agrees to grant Chiel the right to use these informations for the purposes of purchasing and shipping orders.

The costumer can request that the data to be deleted from the database by sending a request email to info (at) chiel (dot) co for further processing in accordance with Chiel policy.

Payment

Payments are made only by the method of transfer to the bank account listed on the invoice sent by email at the time of purchase. Chiel is not responsible for other payment methods outside of that payment method.

Return Policy

For pre orders or those without ready stock information, they cannot be exchanged or refunded.

while there is a ready stock statement even though it's a pre order can be exchanged. Items must be returned to us in perfect condition. Make sure all items are exactly as you received them with tags still attached. Shoes should not show any signs of wear. Items sent in a box must be returned with a box, as this is considered part of the product. Exchange orders will be sent within 24 hours after the original item is received back
