Costumer Data

The costumer fills out a purchase form that contains data in the form such as a name, e-mail address, telephone number, and shipping address to be used as data for the shipment of goods purchased. By providing these informations, the costumer agrees to grant Chiel the right to use these informations for the purposes of purchasing and shipping orders.

The costumer can request that the data to be deleted from the database by sending a request email to info (at) chiel (dot) co for further processing in accordance with Chiel policy.

Payment

Payments are made only by the method of transfer to the bank account listed on the invoice sent by email at the time of purchase. Chiel is not responsible for other payment methods outside of that payment method.

Return Policy

All unworn, unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be returned for a full refund within 2x24-hour since arrival. Items must be returned to us in perfect condition. Make sure all items are exactly how you received them with tags still attached. Shoes must show no signs of wear. Items sent in box must be returned with the box, as this is considered part of the product. Exchange orders will ship within 24 hours of the original item being received back
